Outlet Park, the largest and only outlet centre in the West Pomeranian region, with more than 28,000 sqm GLA. This unique project is the first in Poland to combine an outlet, with functions typical of a regular shopping center. It houses 115 stores and service units, as well as, among others, a Netto supermarket, a Dom Lekarski clinic, a Calypso fitness club and a 7-screen Helios cinema. Outlet Park has been recognised with the BREEAM In-Use prestigious international certificate at the Excellent level, for assessing the environmental impact of buildings.
